According to Google, the most important page for the letter 'G' is Google's own email service, GMail. (Yahoo points me instead to Google's Calendar service).

I like this company. Back in the '90's, they were the only company I could find that produced a free antivirus for home use (f-prot). With a google pagerank of 7, and an Alexa Traffic Rank of 11314, F-Secure comes out tops for a google search for the letter F.
Well how about that. The American Physics Society's journals come out tops searches for D.
It's interesting that the most "important" C is, according to google, the C Programming Language, and the best explanation of it is its wikipedia article.

Physical Review B is one of the American Physics Society's array of about a dozen academic journals. It came up tops in a google search for the letter 'B'. (PRA was in second place in yesterday's search.)
